  • What are your print file specifications?

    Preferred File Formats:

    • PDF (.pdf) - Portable Document Format (PDF) is best for file sharing and printing
    • Adobe InDesign (.indd) - Native InDesign files should be packaged including all fonts, links, and assets.
  • What files formats do you accept?

    Please be aware some file formats will be more suitable than others, and it's best to consult with us to be sure.

    • Portable Network Graphic (.png)
    • JPEG Image (.jpeg)
    • Microsoft Publisher (.pub)

     

    Not Supported:

    • Quark Xpress (.qxp)

  • How can I send you my print files?

    The best way to submit your files is via our website Quote Request or Place An Order forms.

    Depending on your needs, we have other ways of transmitting files:

     

  • How long is your turnaround time?

    Regular turnaround is 5-7 business days upon job approval.
